New forensic DNA evidence is facilitating caged innocents, even on death row or regular jail, to be exonerated. it was in a few of my recent rants. Innocent people in jail in America, and cruel and unusual punishment is another skipped issue at the State of the U. Legal reform. Court system reform. Bail. Plea bargaining. Jail rape and beatings/killings. How can they talk about anything while these Americans are fucked by the government? It's not a matter of too much government or taxes or anything. The courts and jails are government institutions and they are tools of corruption, repression and blatant violations of constitutional rights of prisoners. Etc.
